Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation of confirmed booking, 15 days before arrival date 100% refund.
– Cancellation of confirmed booking, on week before arrival date 50% refund of total package.
– There will be no refund for no show without any intimation to the hotel reservations.
– There will be no cancellation or refund against confirmed booking for peak period i.e from 23rd December till 2nd of January

Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a guarantee or deposit in lieu. Methods that are accepted as a guarantee include: credit card, deposit, bank tranfer. Guaranteed reservations are held until noon the day after scheduled arrival.

Deposit Policy
A deposit may be used as a method of guarantee. The following are accepted deposit methods: wire transfer, bank cheque, company cheque, traveller’s cheque ,personal cheque or cash deposit.

Extra Beds & Child Policy
Children below 5 years without extra bed stay free with their parents.
