Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment

• A booking stands confirmed only once you receive a confirmation number from us.
• 50% advance payment is required within a week of booking, or the booking shall stand cancelled.
• Full payment is to be made before arrival, or the booking shall stand cancelled.
• Stay details (check-in/check-out dates, rate plan, etc.) cannot be amended once booked — only personal details can be modified. For any changes to stay dates or add-ons, write to info@sukhsagarregency.com with your confirmation number, or call +91-98579-33022.

Cancellation

No retention will be charged if a booking is cancelled at least 5 days prior to check-in. For cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in (or after 2:00 PM IST on the 5th day), the complete deposit amount will be retained by the hotel.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Rates are on double occupancy per night, GST extra. All legal matters are subject to Shimla jurisdiction only.
